They quoted me £85 for a xmas Eve pickup in the morning. Didn’t bother calling me the whole day, got in the cab at 8pm and then changed the price to £130 explaining the operator in the morning quoted me the wrong price, they tried to say it’s the Christmas fare and that’s the actual price. Felt like a big scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Not worth it!! Get a cab elsewhere!

I used this Taxi Company recently on a trip to London. The taxi was a Mercedes SUV, on time with a pleasant lady driver who was Friendly and knowledgeable. The fare was great value. Highly recommend this taxi firm. Five stars from me.

Have used this firm which is actually METRO cabs 3 times and twice they were over 30 minutes late with lie after lie after lie about where the cab is. They have no respect for the passenger and couldn't care less whether you reach your destination on time or not. Without doubt the worst cab service ever and should be avoided at all costs. I will never use them again.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Gave them every chance to apologise - by email, WhatsApp and in person. No accountability taken.

Ordered a taxi for the airport, even called back to make sure they had the right time and still turned up a half hour late. Missed the flight. €250 down and no responsibility.

Book them for 9:30 in the morning to get a train at 10:08 they arrived at the property at 10:07 therefore missed the train , travelling to attend my daughter's wedding.
No apologies ,no phone calls. would not recommend this company and ask everybody out there to boycot them.

Booked 4.30 am pick a day in advance to the airport the cab was a no show and was told by the cab office would be 30/45mins delay was told on the phone also that I should of allowed for delays when the journey is ten mins in the car from where I was staying but thank god another local cab service was able to provide a cab for me with in 8mins if your looking to book a cab to the airport avoid this company especially if you are in a rush.

Absolutely fuming. Waited near on an hour for a cab just to be charged 60 pounds for a 40 pounds job, ripped off and waste of time will not be using the company again

Awful and unreliable!!!!! Phoned up the day before to order a cab for 7.45am, specifically asking the lady to get the cab on time if not early explaining I had to go to Leeds that day and couldn’t miss my train from Stortford. The cab driver phoned me exactly 5 minutes before the time of arrival telling me he is late and won’t arrive for another 20mins. So I missed my train. ???? Also, this ain’t Cabees Taxi, this is Metro Cars.
