This company's customer service is an absolute nightmare! I've been hounding them for a whopping nine months, trying to get them to fix my system that went dead after an Apple iOS update in September. Nine months of frustration, and still no one from their team has bothered to show up and address the issue. It's downright disgraceful! Considering the hefty sum of money I shelled out for their products, they should be utterly ashamed of themselves!

Is so difficult to work with this Brand in UAE, all the distributors deny to have any material in stock, please try to improve your network and stock. Product is good but service received in last years is near to 0. Biggest problems with Arteor series.

Very bad customer service. No reply to emails, receptionist doesn’t talk or takes messages and re-directs calls without asking the purpose of the call.
