Bad after sales service process. They do not know when the technician will visit (call center does not have that information - even if the technician is scheduled on the same day, they do not know even approximately what time he would visit) and technician accepts only cash. If you pay by bank transfer, they wait for one day just to get payment reflected in their system and then they will visit only one day later.. even if you share the bank transfer receipt.. too long a process for 2023

The upper rack rusted, it’s poisonous. Only 5 years old, rare uses because we are two at hone. Don’t but LG ! I paid for the new one. Shame on LG as a big brand

Staff are extremely cooperative. My LG G2 camera was fixed within 15 mins while I waited their. Extreamly high professional staff.
