The Library water front has an amazing view to the Creek lake and Festival City Shopping Mall.
It's an outstanding ambience near to the lake where peoples can sit and relax
There is a quote from the HH Sheikh Mohammed in several languages. And I saw the quote on my mother tongue, it's a proud moment for me.
It's a one of the best ever place

Important reminders: Book in advance (go to their website). Make sure to comply to their dress code (covered shoulders and knees). Kids below 5 are not allowed. Saw a mother with her kid who couldn’t get in because of it, sadly. Good thing was that the staff was pretty calm to explain these rules.

They have library allowed only for 5+ yo kids. That’s embarrassing. We had spent 2 hours coming here. The guard wouldn’t let us in. So frustrated and disappointed. Guards were not polite. There were several kids less than 5 yo inside but still my kid wasn’t allowed to enter. Don’t let kids to have good habits, way to go, Dubai (sarcasm). Shame on you

ya that's a humongous library with barely any book in it. From design to ambiance everything is so dull. Pretty much waste of time

Excellent Waterfront as you can avoid Festival city rush and many spots to sit and enjoy the view. No rush most of the time and public library is a great addition.
