Bad customer service
Everything is over priced than every supermarket in the uae.
Prices showcased are different when punched on the counter.
Everything is close to the expiration date.

I have ordered numerous times and every single time, they have delayed, the same lady has written my number wrong, not written my number, forgotten completely about my order, etc... The lady should NOT be taking orders in the first place. Very very careless. I placed an order 2 hours ago and I have been calling several times, now the same lady says she doesn't have my number. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't want to even give them one star.
