Servings-huge. Servers-awesome.Foods-delicious. Ambiance-spectacular. Prices-affordable. We keep going back! It became our go-to restaurant.

Literally impressed with how nice, friendly and accommodating the servers were, also the food was tasty and we didn't have to wait a lot, even tho there was also a crowd of people there. Good resto and service, plus the view at the rooftop is so relaxing 10/10 overall

Not an ideal place for sheesha lovers. Very packed and zero service from staff. Food was stale and cold. Sheesha was very average

Truly underrated as a shisha place in Al Nahda. Infact it could be one of the most coolest hangout places even late at night. The shisha is good the service is great and food is almost okay. You can spend a great time without efforts and also great ambience indoor and outdoor. Overall a must visit and try to take as many friends as possible. Loved it. Not all flavours are great but they were kind enough to change the shisha! Great service

Had enjoyed going there in the past - but yesterday it was a very bad experience.

Service times were very slow - took more than 60 minutes to offer food after ordering, it took too long to even give water.

Whats worse is when we paid by zomato pro and had to pay separately for shisha, they increased the price from 50 to 65.

Never visiting again.

Nice cafe on 4th floor rooftop with both indoor and outdoor seating. Tried their signature pizza & baklawa shake, both were very interesting.
Our order took time to arrive so the manager was very kind to offer a complimentary pastry.
Would be great if they could speak to building management and allow free parking in the building itself.

Today I was so picky ,so I decided to have an Italian vegetables pizza,,I really surprised,cuz it was amazing, rich and very testy , chief Hassan made a pice of art with love ,thanks chef Hasan, I can easily give it 9.96/10,, waiters and service was excellent 9.2/10,shisha prepared by Tamer , is perfect to spend 3-4hours without loosing the flavour test 9.4/10 ,and guess what? In this price ,loca mocha café still the best value for your money in Dubai, satisfaction is guaranteed here.

The atmosphere is perfect. Comfortable and plenty of seating, the variety of options is great and the music choice is great too! There is a indoor and outdoor covered seating option as well as a kids play area for your little ones.
The best place to hangout with friends, colleagues or have business meetings.
