This cafe has always had exceptional food and is really a great place to both visit or order from. Their bakery is very unique and their entrees never fail to impress.

Delicious ice cream cakes are worth a buy
Packaging is also perfect
Service is very good
The brownie quality is awesome

Craved for ice cream shake but ended up ordering a Triple Treat Sundae. It’s big for just AED23, ended up taking half of it home. The waffle cone that came with was also a good bonus. The service was great! Cecilia, our server, was very patient in helping us pick our flavours. You can tell that she likes her job.

Coffee is fantastic , exceptional hygiene and ambiance is great. A good meeting spot especially for cluster W visitors and residents. Only complaint is, understaffed, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for a coffee even if there is only 2 to 3 customers. I haven't seen more than 2 employees especially in the morning coffee hours. I don't know if it's cost cuts or lack of confidence in the branch from London Dairy managements.

Great ambience and amazing decoration! However if you consider the price tag for the food you get it is rather expensive. The ice cream is just normal, not worth the hype. The molten cake in mug was average.
The server was a little bit slow and not enough focused. (Not sure, but maybe he was new).

Very good ice cream only to be topped by an equally good Service. We had a very nice dessert Double Treat ice cream and the guy serving us was just too nice. Thanks Ryan wonderful service!

If ur like me you would think London Dairy is mainly about the ice cream and ice cream cakes. I hope, like me, you discover it’s so much more!

I mainly come here for the cappuccino, and sometimes cookies if I’m feeling a little gluttonous.. but I’m always surprised to see sandwiches, soups and so much more they offer!!

While I can only comment on the great coffee.. I hope to try their foods at some point as their stuff has always been of high quality, at reasonable prices.

Indoor and outdoor seating available, although I always take away.. Service has always been friendly and efficient too.
