The room was large, clean, and well-equipped with modern conveniences. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, complete with opulent products. The cuisine is unquestionably the highlight. The hotel restaurant presented a superb food buffet with a variety of alternatives to satisfy all preferences. Lunch and supper menus were equally remarkable, with a wide range of international foods beautifully cooked and presented.
The hotel personnel was polite and attentive, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Overall, I would suggest the Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and pleasurable stay in a handy location with fantastic restaurant options.

Spent three nights at the hotel.
check in was late.
breakfast delivered at the room every morning which was sufficient for two persons.
room cleaning was every day.
all the essentials of washrooms were provided on the daily bases.
near from the union station.
recommended for stay.

Worst Hotel ive ever been.. Price wise is good. But ofcourse because its cheap expect that its not clean..cockroach everywhere..even the fridge cockroach can go inside..smelly as well.. smelly room and corridors..ac is not working properly..TV is old model no channel at all. And lastly you cannot rest or relax properly because of the noise of clubs arround the area. Not recommended..

I am staying in the hotel with my family for 8 days booking. The executive room doesn’t look like an executive room; extra bed added like an old foldable bed; worst WiFi as kids cannot attend some urgent classes; water was leaking from AC vent; bathroom and floor passage was smelling, when informed they said that the maintenance was on going. Receptionist they just do their job but not having welcoming attitude. I preferred the hotel only because of location; forgot to check all reviews.

Very bad hotel, bathroom is dirty and cockroaches are everywhere. In addition to the disturbance throughout the night, the nightclub is very noisy with crazy people. I couldn't sleep the whole time I stayed there, luckily I didn't book for long. I never recommend it.

This hotel and especially the manager was very rude he tried to not booking the room for us because it was close to eid festival he tried to show the smelly room as available room.
They didn't clean and spray bed and bed has bed bug and bite all my family's they charged us three person for room but always we have to argue to receive.
Please pay attention these hotel are using fake pics

I recently booked 2 nights for my father at this 4-star hotel and was extremely disappointed with his experience. The furniture in the room was old and worn, and I believe it was the cause of a scabies infestation he developed during his stay. Even a week later, he’s still suffering from intense itching and discomfort. Additionally, the images of the room on the website were very misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor quality of the room and the negative health effects it had on me.

The staff are very friendly and the location is not bad despite the traffic, but the rooms are very old, I saw many cockroaches and a small one was walking on bed ????, there was a moisture and mold on one of the walls and the smell of mold fills the room so I had to open the window all the night to be able to sleep
