Lack of staff to serve customers,
*At the food area sometimes we have to wait for 15 minutes for someone to attend us (also some staff are not wearing gloves, also we see flies inside where the food is kept).
*Most of the time (or always) no staff attends the customers at the Soup & sweet area!
*Tissue's should always be available on the tables where the customers eat.
-I wish they bring a high quality coffee machine.

It was a beautiful place, it had all the needs of the family in one place. It is possible to order and eat food in this place

Newly opened, super neat and clean, not as big as other lulu hypermarket but all your daily needs are mostly available.

A one-stop-shop continues to shine as the first and best hypermarket in the nearby region. Its wide range of options, including groceries, a fantastic bakery, stationaries, toy section etc.

One of the highlights of my shopping experience at Lulu Hypermarket is the small eating area. It's a cozy corner where I can take a break from my shopping spree and refuel with a quick bite.

Finally the neighborhood has a big market, this was very much needed and it's clean with lots of variety. The cooked food section was pretty good, I wish it rotated their menu once in a while but in 2 months I don't think I seen any change.

Started strong but nowadays when it’s busy expect waiting time at check out. Even self checkout is having a queue. If you ask their happiness center why only two counters are open. Their answer is one staff is on break. Fruit and vegetable section is not looked well after too. Today only one single papaya was available in the morning. I wonder how they make their orders. Plus some items are more expensive compare to their other branches!

Brand new and nicely laid out Lulu. Very clear signage and good quality fresh produce. The staff are attentive, on the whole and the development will soon have useful additional shops. Great addition to the local area.
