Luminous Car Wash

Luminous advertises aggressively on Instagram, but fails to delivery when it counts. They refused to clean up the mess they created after cleaning my car. All II requested them to do is use the floor wiper I provide to guide the water to the drainage. Once of their staff members threw the wiper on the floor and said "That's not our job" and sat down to chill, while his team member did all the cleaning. He even broke my engine cover, and said it was broken from before. When I complained about it, he said it was broken from before. The "OWNER" who refuses to give out his/her name on Whatsapp, doesn't even have the courtsey to get over the phone and speak to irate client, and has the audacity to call the customer rude, and call out " I don't need our recommendation, you are the rude one" Also, I took the most expensive wash on the menu, and was delivered the same quality as I would have if I got my car washed at Mall of Emirates and the guy with the trolley car wash would do a similar job.

Incase you do want a top notch job with a similar price head over to Camel Car Wash, they do an excellent job, for a little less price.
