Super poor service. There were two tables behind us that got their order first (considering their choice of food, I can confidently say this is not fair). No refreshment offered when it should be the first to be served after getting orders. Took about half an hour for these guys to realize that we’re not even served yet -_-

I order chicken sisig but when my order came its not look like sisig chicken. Then i called immediately the restaurant to inform them, but instead she apologized the lady accusing me maybe the soup of sotanghon pour inside the sisig, but it’s impossible bcoz when I received the items everything is covered and sealed whit cling film, they replaced my order they give me new one then i decide to take a picture to show to the restaurant that looks very different. But the lady on the phone still accusing me that the color of the first item was more look different she still insisting that maybe i poured the sotanghon soup over the sisig, and this is not the first time that I order this food,please inform your kitchen staff be consistent even busy or not, and the lady on the phone don’t be rude be nice to your costumer please, the reason why the color of the 2 pictures of sisig is bcoz of the lights not bcoz i pour the sotanghon soup FYI

Changing my review based on my last visit. I wasn't satisfied with the taste of the broasted chicken, along with the missing sauce, and my order took a long time to come, others who came later got their order first ????

They have served wrong order instead of bulalo, they served nilaga- the staff don’t even know how to identify properly the order. we have no idea what was happened to the wrong item … they just pulled out the nilaga and replaced bulalo???????? to consider that nilaga already touched and tasted…????
Ordering extra rice also took time to serve, calling the attention of any staff to follow up the order was not also that easy…

Came to visit here just to try the food ordered for take away. A bit rush and need to wait a little bit for your order. Food is good ???? next time will try another dish again. Hopefully will come and visit again. Another filipino dish arrived in Al Rigga. must try!!!

I am a regular customer but I’m so disappointed with the take away service lack of endorsement and training from the staff which the transaction messed up, it’s just so sad having very bad experience with this restaurant, did some transaction for take away and it took long for them to serve, Instead of canceling the order since I understand that they’re busy I decided to let it be deliver in my place for the pending order. Because I don’t want to ruin their operation. It took 1 hour again to deliver the item craving for the food and waited for it for long broke my appetite, and they told me that I didn’t pay for it. I showed them my receipt and leave it there so they will have a reference. Please train well your staff to handle things right.
