Very very very bad experience!!! I took such tour in Egypt and it was much better.
Here, no Tour guide, you are being picked up in a stinky bus with a hand full others to be droven for hours somewhere far away, dropped at the desert and after reaching the camp you are left with the salespeople. You cant walk 2 meters without someone wanting to upsell you something. Want to take a picture with the falcon? 25dhs, want to ride the camel? 25dhs… and so on. The worst part is (according to the package description everything is free), that the „free“ stuff is so bad that you want to pay for the extra service. Tee and Coffee? Go pick it up yourself in a self service line. Wanna enjoy the show? you HAVE to share the table with others, they dont let you sit at the free tables. They do everything that you hate your experience and start paying for the VIP area for 50dhs per person, in which the food is still bad, and once you sit every few minutes someone comes and wants to sell you ice cream, suvenirs, shisha or whatever. So so sooo bad!

Comple opposite of Luxury Tours. My experience started with an act of road rage from the driver Ahmed Waleed. If you get this driver please take my advise and cancel your trip. It will be a better option than going through what is about to happen. Was on the phone very loudly for a good portion of the trip to the desert. 0/10 Next once we arrived we had to search for our friends who arrived at a DIFFERENT camp. We spent the better part of one hour arguing with management trying to find them. (If you don't want to be lost in the desert don't choose this company)
We ended up missing the show (luckily we found our friends) and when we asked for a discount for getting our friends lost they called the police. The trip home was extremely awkward and all the ladies were worried about making it home safely. 0/10 RESPECTFULLY

If I could have put 0 stars I would have done it, not at all professional they cancel our day in the desert when we have paid ,for no reason, they try to make us pay 250 aed more when we have already paid everything.

The experience was sadly not good. Our driver Waleed which plate number is 48916 leave us too early to the area and then go and pick up another groups. We waited 2 hour for the shows and also 3 hour for the dinner under the horriblle dessert sun. After the show ended our driver came also least. He also make another pick offs and let us to the last. His behavior was also not good for us. So be carefull when you choose the tour company you can wait a lot of hours on the dessert. Our most important thing is our time and they are stealing it from you

Very bad experience and services! The word Luxury is not even appeared in the venue! Do not buy anything in this company! Their people does not even know how to speak english! Consider this as the worst desert safari I have ever experience!

If you'd like to travel long hours before reaching the destination or going back home or get your tummy boiling from so much hungry, go and buy LUXURY TOURS!

Very very bad experience, 8 years living in UAE and was the worst Jeep Safari I ever had. The car was smelly and dirty, reckless driving with a baby inside the car and without baby chair. Bad communication with the agents, driver. This suppose to be a tourist experience, as was the first time for my brother and sister in law, truly failed. My advice, stop searching for discounts and pay more for a better experience. Not worthy at all!!

TOTAL SCAM!

Don't use this operator. Highly unprofessional. Bought a whole day desert safari (duration approx. 7 hours). We spent the first 2 hours in a small bus, squeezed in with too many people. Then after arriving at the desert, we were put into 4x4 cars and only had a few minutes drive (!!) in the desert. Then at 4pm we were already asked to take a seat for the dinner. Many other people were disappointed as well. We ended uo leaving with a private driver charging 250AED to bring us back to the city, as we did not want to spent the time there doing nothing. This is not a desert safari but a total tourist scam. Avoid this company!
