Claire in cleavdon was brilliant. We had a funeral then the wake to attend, she told us what time she would be picking us up, at each point. Very friendly. We would definitely recommend her, if you have mobility issues.

Clare arrived in perfect time. Her Driving Miss Daisy car is bright and clean. The moment I saw the white daisy decals on it, I knew Mum would love it!

After a long stay in hospital and a transfer to a local residential care home, Mum had not been in a car in over five months. I was really concerned about trying to transport my Mum to the surgery myself, so after four unsuccessful phone calls to various taxi firms, on the fifth call I was given Driving Miss Daisy's number, by a helpful independent taxi company. Clare returned my call promptly and even rescheduled her day to fit in Mum's trip to the doctors. I was already impressed and I hadn't even met her yet.

Clare is friendly and warm, and fully able and set up to deal with passengers with wheelchairs. Nothing is too much trouble and as I understand it, she is able to accompany passengers to their appointments too, if this is required.

The service is professional, follows safety procedures with strapping and locking in the wheelchair, is smooth, easy and superb value. I only wish Clare had begun this a few years earlier when my Dad was alive. It's a much-needed reliable service in the area of North Somerset, that is sooooo much more than a taxi.

Empathy. Punctuality. Excellent value. Warmth. Trust. All the attributes we need to experience from service providers when looking after our elderly relatives.

Simply the best transport service! Kind, efficient, comfortable and fun????. The journey made the day for me????. Much cheaper than an ordinary wheelchair taxi too. Will definitely be using again and recommend Clare (driver), unreservedly.

Now having difficulties travelling with disabled partner, Clare was an ideal answer with a facilitated transport, transporting the passenger without having to alight from her wheelchair. Professional, timely and friendly, a great service I recommend. Good fortune with your business Clare.

This lady is a saviour! She went out of her way to help my colleagues and service users who were stranded after their taxi failed to collect them. An outstanding service that we will be using in the future
