Amazing food. Extremely filling and tasteful. Service could be a bit better. We had to wait around 20 minutes for the tea to be served and they forgot 2 of our orders. The waffles and the bread we requested. But the friendliness of the staff made up for it. Will surely go again for a hearty breakfast. We ordered the Saray breakfast set which is more than enough for 4 persons and is so full filling.

Mohamed Ahmad was great! He greeted us with a smile and warmth. We were pleased by his friendliness and professionalism. Lovely place and the menu is fantastic.
Everything we tried was tasteful and we will definitely come back again and bring our friends.

Parking is right around the corner. Clean place.

Best Turkish restaurant in UAE. they have special offer for lunch which is called Afiyet (ask for it) good portions with free Turkish tea ???? Extremely delicious. staff very friendly

I have been to many Mado restaurants in Istanbul and Dubai mall, and the service is amazing but this one seemed like has nothing to do with Mado .
The food overall was good to be fair, thought the iskandar kebab needs some enhancements in the tough bread and little more yogurt not to mention that they don’t do like the original iskandar where they have ghee or butter on top . But over all food was good and acceptable
Service is the issue though we were the only people in the restaurant and I am talking about dinner time at 6:30
First of all we parked in the lot which is totally theirs and next to the wall of the restaurant to be astonished by a guy when we are leaving asking for 10 dirham parking fee ( it is not valet and parked ourselves)
We asked for olive oil to put on top of mohamara and hummus since they don’t do but the photo will show you how generous they are and when I asked the waiter to why it is that little , he replied: will give you more when you finish this
If you have an elderly person or someone who can’t go up the stairs then forget washing or using the restroom….. though there is an elevator but it is not working
Check the bill and my mistake that I did not check it while there to find out that they add 7% on the bill as tip then if you don’t want to pay , it is your job to ask them to remove it.
I wouldn’t mind paying it if I got at least an acceptable service but to be forced to pay it with poor service, that is unacceptable
I will be going to Mado but definitely not this branch

Very delicious food made from high quality ingredients. Portion is decent
Staff are friendly and very welcoming
Certainly will visit again and i hope next time i will have space to taste their dessert

Great customer service indeed! Brilliant food! Would highly recommend the mixed grill! They have valet parking too! Apart from that they also have the entertainer where you can redeem the buy 1 get 1 free on the main course! The ambience was fantastic also!

Amazing food. Delicious and wide selection of Turkish food. Staff are very polite and attentive. We had few bits and pieces, also "Mado breakfast"; huge tray of yummy treats. Beautiful set up and relaxing atmosphere. Valet parking available.
Different our new favorite place on Jumeirah.
