After my current experience with this developer, i suggest stay away with this developer as they make the investors/home owners life measurable. All the 700 house owners are struggling now in MAG town house as last min they are asking for 20% extra on initial price as the final area is increased and no one knows including the MAG representatives where is this increase and they dont provide any documents or proof or any sort of details. Kindly kindly stay away with MAG and no one can help.

I was invited for a MAG project launch MAG330 and sales team informed me to provide a refundable token, but later when i asked for refund. They started telling rules that when it will be sold to someone then only we will give refund. Also, if it is not solved within a week, then we will forfeit. Stay away from Saurabh Sales Director of MAG330 . I will be following a official complaint against his team members Sakina and Monalisa as they were our representative. They took 20k AED from us, and now stopped responding our calls.

BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MAG GROUP. I'm so tired of dealing with them and I really regret investing with MAG developer. That was my first & last investment in UAE as long as there is no control above the developer.

I invested in Mag 318 but was shocked with a lot of things from Mag company.
First, delayed in completing the project

Second, after waiting around 4 years and paying installments, you found that you lost a lot of money at investing in mag 318 cause the market price is very down after the project has been completed.
And mag keep answering now this is normal in Dubai happen everywhere while 4 years ago they kept filling your heads with dreams and promises (Lies)

Third and most disappointed with me is on handover of my unit we discovered a large moisture damage on ceiling (see pics), and when I asked them to fix it, they just gave me promises with no reaction & I´m losing daily ( instead of rent my unit, waiting for them to resolve the problem)
Furthermore, the door of the bath room can´t close!!!
What a bad QUALITY of MAG...Avoid them, keep your money away from MAG

It was a mistake, I'm suffering now & I lost all my savings and hard earned money with MAG developer due to their unethical practices and fools that run the entire company
The ONLY communication from their end is when money collection is involved.
I will make sure that none of the ones in my network ever fall for their marketing gimmicks. AVOID MAG developer...(I´m not sure if they are really developer)

My Wife and I purchased this property from MAG back in 2020 based on the previous project that was delivered by the company in Meydan Area and the excellent reputation of Mr. Mofaq Al Gaddah.

While the project is already delayed, the collections staff, under Ahmed Nabil, acts like a Mob. They do not entertain any feedback / requests from buyers on partial payments. If you have a late payment fee, then you have to clear that fee up first before they can consider your payment towards Principal. And overall, the attitude of their collections team is more like a bank's collection team who have lent you credit, rather than a real estate collection, that works with the clients to arrive at a solution that works for both.

This has been a very disappointing experience and I would urge potential off-plan buyers to go with MAG projects only if you have cash readily available. Else, this is going to be a daunting journey.

This is not my first of plan project in UAE, but it definitely is my last with MAG.

This is the first review I ever write, but the level of frustration and disappointment that I have experienced made me actually take the time and share my opinion. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of communication and customer service, as it is NON existent. It also seems their management is not involved and unavailable for feedback.
The ONLY communication from their end is when money collection is involved.
I will make sure that non of the ones in my network ever fall for their marketing gimmicks.

I have shared my contact details over email the same day I received your response and haven’t heard from anyone at your end yet. Again another example of internal communication issues.

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MAG GROUP AND INVEST IN A REPUTABLE COMPANY

I invested in Mag 5 Boulevard but shocked with a lot of things from Mag company when it was a few months remaining to handover

First they claim that they completed project and they are proud of that while when i go there I found it hard to move between building cause of construction and u have to turn around buildings and some roads are still not completed.

Second still there are a lot of services not completed which we are promised when we sign contract but now they answer me your apartment is ready ( like I bought apartment in tower or building not in compound )

Third I surprised with how different prices are between owners for example I met owners there taking same apartment with so much cheaper price than my price ( in same building same size only I’m one level up ) and when I discuss this with Mag they told me you have better view ( yes of course I have one level up view of the sand )

Fourth after waiting around 4 years and paying installments you found that you lost a lot of money at investing in mag 5 Boulevard cause market price is very down after project about to finish.
And mag keep answering now this is normal in Dubai happen everywhere while 4 years ago they kept filling your heads with dreams and promises

Nice prom, well maintained. It goes all the way down the coast and this stretch is quite quiet. As a result, you get a lot of cyclists here too.

The beach is mostly pebbles and the dunes are nice for a dog walk.

Our favourite beach in Rhyl.
Lovely scenery and such a quiet beach too.

Only down side is there isn’t any disabled access so for anymore in a wheelchair or need walking aids it’s not a beach for you.

Great beach, pebbles, sand, tide comes in fast. Clean beach n sea. Few shops, n carpark. Wheelchair accessible to the promenade n beach. lovely walk. Great for kids to play n swim

Beautiful day on the beach but unfortunately very dirty people leaving rubbish on the beach rather than put in bin or take home disgusting, also no toilet facilties which is not helpful if you have come for a day out xx

Walk here often from near Asda toward Rhyl for a coffee and sometimes a cream tea at the harbour hub, good beach to swim from at high tide, good beach for kids and kites at low tide

Fantastic place for families and for people with Dogs. My dog loves it here. Some small kiosks on the front and a short walk down to Towyn if you want the fair.
