I had an amazing experience with Magic Star.
They have an experienced staff that can easily recognize the root of the problem and fix in a short time.
They have a waiting area to save your time during your quick work jobs
The working space is clean and the way they handle the customers cars is really gentle and professional
Mr Ismail and Mr Bashir were friendly and gentle .. wend beyond my expectations
Their coffee and tea are amazing
I highly recommend them

Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. Biggest Waste of money. Head my words and stay away.

I fixed my 2 cars there and initially they came off as knowledgeable and they know what they're doing. Until I brought my cars for bigger issues which were never fully resolved and always caused more issues than there originally was. They are so quick to disassemble, but the re-assembly is not their forte, that's for sure.

Their shop is overcrowded with mostly abandoned cars. And the cars that are being worked on are being mixed up with others. The shop is unclean, chaotic and a mess. This only comes to show how unprofessional they are.

I should have stopped going there after the first time. Lesson learned.

After searching for months for a proper trusted garage that has acceptable pricing. This garage was recommended to me by two different friends.
Ismail was the main contact, at first I contacted Ismail and he shared with me a cost estimate via whatsapp. when i arrived, he was so busy, so he directed me to another guy who took all the details and my requirements.
The pricing was half what others provided me, the communication post submission was very detailed and they shared their recommendation. My car became so perfect they fixed all the issues. They submitted my car on time, and i was very happy with the result. Very decent and trust worthy, they even finished the polish and bumps in the car it became as new.

The prices were really good, they had many luxury cars and luxury brands. I highly trust them and this is my new to go to garage.

Speak to Ismail he is a good project manager.

Fun fact: i left in my car 4 coolant bottles and asked them to change the coolant. They used 1 bottle of coolant and half of a bottle and they returned the rest to the car. trustworthy.

My car was submitted on time and it was washed and clean. They even drove the car fkr testing twice to confirm that it was great and functioning properly. Highly recommended.

I had my AC repaired here yesterday. We waited the whole day but it was worth it. It was fixed and now it's working well. They also did not charge us too much like other garage. Thank you for the good service!

Went for Engine malfunctions, they were rude and ignorant. Made some repairing the engine act crazy, my car was Mercedes
Never go this place please.
