Regardless of degree of aggrievement and perhaps stress a client may have, that they could sensibly choose to discuss privately, I am flabbergasted at the fact that people will be so vindictive as to leave negative reviews in a PUBLIC domain. What does it achieve for anybody?
This clinical practice is fantastic, they do everything one asks of them, to the best of their abilities. They deserve medals just for taking the negativity spouted out below from people who can't just pick up the phone and privately say "can you please kindly sort out my issue for me"

I moved from London to Southport and joined Ainsdale Village Surgery on January 2020. I have Type 1 diabetes and since I moved from London to Southport my care has fallen off a cliff. I have been asking for some support from my GP who I have never met since March 2022. Instead of the help I need the surgery has completely messed up. My repeat prescriptions. I cannot recommend going to a different surgery enough!

I have been with this surgery for 19 years and have never had a complaint, until I moved from ainsdale to banks and although at first I was informed I could stay at the practice, in March this year I was informed I needed to find a new dr in Banks, then we went into lock down. We were told we would be with the surgery until we found a new dr. As we were in lock down we didn't find a new dr because we were told not to go to the dr unless an emergency as we had dr we didn't worry. Until I needed a flu jab as a care worker, so rang the surgery to be told we had been removed from the practice. When we were removed I couldn't be told? Three weeks now and I'm still trying to find a dr to take my husband and I on. So thank you for leaving us without a dr and your practice manager not ringing me back at all. Totally disappointed with ainsdale village practice.
