Purchased one high back office chair for my use. Over phone, their staff helped me finalize, advised how to order, gave a good price and coordinated quick delivery.
I was happy to see the sturdy & comfortable chair, when it arrived. However, it disappointed me to see a noticeable damage on the right side armrest.
I sent a mail for replacement, expecting a reply saying it’s not their fault etc. But no! Without any follow up from my side, they came and replaced the item.
I greatly appreciate their high level of service standards and customer satisfaction!!

I bought a gaming chair from mahmayi before and planning to buy 1 more. Been using this chair for years now and so far its working fine. I spoke with a Mahmayi Representative and they gave me an excellent option. Will check that out, as i find Mahmayi products durable and cost efficient!
Overall their products are phenomenal...
