Awesome is not the word!!!
The staff is so sweet and polite and not to mention, top notch at their work.
This was the first time I tried this salon and it was SOOOO PERFECT!!!
I did my hair with Raja, pedicure with Dorris and massage with Sai. They were so welcoming and perfect with their work.
Ghofran and the owner Ayat specially came in to greet and check if everything was OK!! That means a lot to a first timer in the salon.
You guys ROCK!!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK HERE!!!
I've received nothing but compliments on my hair since I stepped out of the salon!!!
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

There was only one employee she do all services! I did my hair and nails even she’s not a hairstylist but they didn’t tell us .I showed her a hairstyle picture but she didn’t do anything similar to the picture also the hair spray wasn’t enough. In addition they didn’t check our temperature when we entered the salon.

If you want the authentic experience, come to the reliable place and wonderful experience for Moroccan Hammam, meaning you go in private bath chambers with a lady to assist you (great if you don't know what to do in a Moroccan bath) following a half hour full body massage (nice to have after the bath). Once the service was done, they spoil their guests with exquisite Moroccan Tea... Thanks to their professional therapist & Zoubaida along with the salon team for the wonderful service, beautiful relaxing ambiance and experience .. loved the place, the spa facilities and most especially the spa standard services.

The manager, zubeida is appauling. She has no customer service skills and walks around doing nothing. According to her my hair cut was messed up because I don't speak Arabic. Apparently they only have Arabic clients. I have to say that the people who work there are very kind. But she really ruined my experience. She told me my friend that had too much hair for a proper blow dry. All she did was walk around 'monitoring' but doing nothing of value.

They are a fraud salon!! Beware!!

They take money for fake treatments. If you ask refund or fix the treatment, they will say "management is changed" and they can't do anything about what previous people did. Worse salon and a fraud place. Beware of the untrained staff who don't even know basic treatments and just take money for nothing and don't accept THEIR MISTAKES!! They took 500 AED for keratin that never worked and now not fixing the hair and not returning the money as well.

If there was zero star available I would have rated 0, I visited this salon for waxing and eye brow threading, one staff was assigned, who didn't even prepare for waxing and in fact she didn't know how to wax and very clumsy and more importantly didn't know how to use the equipments and she took 3 hours to wax hands and legs, she can't understand English as well, even after informing the admin the person, regarding I'm running late she took no action, after I past 3 hours that when she checked upon me again and still she wasn't done with the waxing,

I don't ever recommend this salon. Its worst even though they have everything to use their staff isn't trained to use them.

The best spa in dubai, the moroccan bath is just amazing , the massage , the stuff sooo friendly its my best place since more than 2 years !
