The food is really of good quality and every detail and taste is made by heart. The service and the employers are so kind and gentle and every time with a smile. We had a board package because of our lovely stay in the Voco Hotel which normally is never a good idea, but in this case it was the best decision ever! Every day we can’t wait to try something new of the card because every plate is delicious and a very pleasure! 6 of 5 ⭐️

Wonderful food, the wait time was not that long and the portions were big.
The restaurant itself is airy and clean, with some outside seating too.

One staff at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating, the other front desk staff had no clue what she was doing and was incompetent. The waiter guy was nice.

The reason for the 4 stars was because of the inconsistencies of the staff.

We very much enjoyed our dinner and the breakfast buffet! We were very impressed with the excellent service and delicious food! We had oysters for starters and pizza for mains. The value is great, especially taking into account their weekly specials and happy hour.

I want to leave a rest about the restaurant, everything is decorated with taste and style.
The staff is very friendly, everyone looks good, is nice, and speaks good English. I especially want to mention Rojean, Diaseth, Shiela - they made our visits to the restaurant unique. It was very nice to be there.

The best restaurante in the Palm at an incredibly price for the food quality! ????????
Amazing staff super friendly and careful.
The best burger I’ve eaten in months.

Great experience for breakfast with a lovely view along the West Palm Beach. So great service with attentiveness especially Rojean, Dioseth. Just the manager in the kitchen (with the deal uniform) are so rude with customer and staff, probably not awake this morning. But the staff in the restaurant are amazing.

I’m sorry to say this, but I am sick to the back teeth of this particular rude woman that I deal with every time I’ve had to phone up to get an appointment which I never do. She’s the most rudest person and should never ever be a receptionist. Trying to get an appointment for my 14-year-old daughter who had a persistent cough at the time. I was told to ring back after 1 o’clock only to then be cut off from the queueing system since this has happened a few times. I have now left the surgery and gone with a different surgery where the receptionists are much more warm and friendly. Rude, abrupt and unprofessional is this woman and I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with her anymore.

I’d like to leave no stars but have to leave one to review?. I called the surgery today for my 15 year old, the receptionist was a lady whom I’ve become to recognise her voice to always be very abrupt and rude. I tried to get my son an appointment to be told take him out of school in a very rude and abrupt manner. I asked for her name has the whole conversation was very upsetting for me. For her to then put the phone down on me. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional receptionist. It’s very concerning for me to think of how others may feel after speaking to her as I know of a few that have and she has caused them to be upset. I’d also like to express this happens every time I call and this lady answers but now I will no longer be quiet. It isn’t acceptable or professional!

My wife and I visited this health centre and found the staff very helpful. The nurse we spoke to was very patient, knowledgeable and took plenty of time with us. An absolute credit to her profession. There's a large car park to the side of the building and a pharmacy at the front. Hopefully you won't need to visit this place but if you do they're very good.

It is a good surgery. The doctors are very good if you can get an appointment to see them. Before the COVID hit , it was not easy to get an appointment. Now, you dont stand a chance to see a doctor, unless it is an emergency. At least here they have planty of parking spaces, so pretty much guaranteed one. And it's very handy that the pharmacy is right there on the ground floor. ????????????????

I am registered to Dr N kumar central surgery, Past 4 days I am waiting for one appointment with GP . I got tachycardia and 35 weeks pregnant..my midwife and A&E consultant told to follow with GP for further test but no ways to contact them . Since 4 days every morning at 8:30 am I will ring them and it’s keep coming busy and at 9 am they will answer the phone and says appointment is full ..you can try tomorrow.. it’s making me very stressed..luckily I got nurse appointments and she said HR and BP is high you need to book GP appointment ..but no way to book GP.. She said to take rest .. but when I ask for sick note. Receptionist said for that I need GP appointment, with tachycardia I can’t get his appointment then for sick how I will get..
I am totally stressed.. GP surgery is to help patients but this one will give you more stress..

Impossible to get an appointment as they don't answer the phones. I sat in the waiting area once and watched the receptionists chat to each other while the phones rang and rang.
I was supposed to have a phone consultation today (at the doctor's behest) at 11:00. Finally called at 12:00 to talk about stuff I'd already told them.

I went here today with my elderly father. Parking right next to the centre was convenient and there was just about enough spaces for everyone who needed them (while we were there anyway).
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere (on a ridiculously hot day) was cool with the air condition without being ridiculously frigid.
The staff and doctors were all lovely and my dad was happy and content with all of the treatment he received today. They explained everything to him and made him feel at ease.
I can't fault the experience and just wish we had a similar care centre near us!
