I should have read reviews before I booked them. The worst experience and the worst customer service. When my box was picked up and the employee told me not to mention I only took xx amount for box refund so he can keep the rest for himself should have been a sign. My box was old so I bought it cheaper so my refund for the box was of course less than the value now. I was okay with that since the amount could at least be his tip. Looking back, I now know that was a sign of a company not run well. I suggest you read the reviews before you decide to use them.

Wet and damaged box arrived at Philippines. Very disappointing with your service. We trusted you that you will deliver it in good condition. It was our first and definitely our last! Please investigate and we need at least a compensation about it

Last Nov 2022, I've sent 2 boxes & was recently received by my family. There are missing items, branded bags, perfumes, slippers to name a few. Very disappointed, I'll never deal with them again

I am their customer for more that 5 years now and I am very satisfied with their services. My cargo reached at expected time and I make sure that all has been packed and sealed so there that is no leak or breakage of items. Thank you makati express... more power

From May 11, 2022 they took the boxes & advising for 30-45 my family will receive the package. Despite of many follow ups for almost 3 months, only today my family received the damaged & wet package. We informed about it & guess what?, nothing happen there’s no apologies nor regret from there end.

And that’s my last transaction to Makati Express Cargo.

I send my box on 29 june with the promise of getting it in Philippines after 60 days. The box only arrived 4 months later calling the makati people no one giving me a satisfactory answer very dissapointed

Worst ever experience i will not recomend tò other they told us 45 days but almost 3 months arrive in our home also they get some chocholates and soap and the box open . Pls. take care of our box because we work hard to buy that for our family.. Concern only. Thank you.

I have been using makati express for few years but sadly this will be the last. I my family got my box few days ago - wet and opened - as one of the detergent bottles exploded. I am very sure it’s is because of how the lifters carried the boxes without care. I believed the box had been dropped badly many times to be like that! They do not handle the boxes with care at all
