Wonderful experience at Malabar. Tagari was the most helpful associate we came across during our entire trip. Other stores can be pushy but she provided such a great experience that we came back multiple times. Would recommend and please ask for her by name, you will not regret it

Good to be here at MALABAR. The staff is cordial. A special thumbs up to Tanvi. Design variations are limited in selected items. The overall experience is excellent.

I have good relationship with Malabar last 10 years and they are well in customer service and I have a good relationship with Dubai Gold Souk branch staffs specially Shameer, Sanoof, Faizal, Sastha.

They are really dedicated staff of the branch well done guys for your dedication.

Extremely friendly, supportive and hardworking staff. Brilliant experience. The salesmen hopped into their multiple outlets to get the best design and size of jewellery. Also, showed numerous designs and never showed any signs of getting annoyed or irritated despite us taking long time to decide. Helped us with good suggestions to make final decisions. Helped to get a very good discount also and explained the process of getting vat refund. Will recommend all of you to at least visit Malabar outlets and experience the patience and understanding of the sales people.
