Excellent shop, and the lady on the till was equally as nice ,however, the clothing section was absolutely awful along with the woman on the till .
Don't think it can last much longer, and there was no one in .????????
The food hall was great ???? ????

Busy on an early Saturday morning. Eggs and salad not widely available at some other stores but available here today. Usually good quality produce with some meal deal promotions.

I love M&S, not only because you can guarantee great quality, with their clothing and food, but great customer service too. Lovely clean store with lots of choice, disabled accesible, paid parking nearby, and disabled parking nearby too

One of the shop floor workers told me that if I didn't buy the the £12 rudolf box of 6 cup cakes with the next days Date on then they would be binned. The strange thing I could not work out was why the other boxes with the same date on had been reduced and not the one I had in my hand? Very rude employee he was. He was tall and had longish black hair and was working on Christmas eve. I guess he was a bit stressed but that's no excuse for being so rude to me. None the less on the whole most other visits to this store are pleasant enough to pick up the odd few bits and Bob's from. Still don't earn enough to justify a whole weekly shop at this place though .......

Ok changed two pairs of slippers for bigger size no problem . Did food shop unfortunately didn't buy anything on my offers. Only come into town every two weeks so will miss them next time. Lady on till was very helpful showing me what to do on the app on my phone I'm 83 so not that good with technology. Think her name was Jill lovely lady very helpful.

I love M&S food it's a shame the Yarmouth one is out of town and it has no clothes there, a small amount of mix in the Lowestoft one

This store is so small it doesn't have all the meal offers or range that larger branches offer. Sadly there used to be a lovely and well used M&S here many years ago. I use the store as I don't want M&S to have an excuse to close it but in truth there's no comparison to the Norwich store. This area deserves better as M&S always had a loyal customer base here.

Great food hall only 4 stars as the last few times I have been they have had no jam donuts.
