Mamzar is one of the best nearest accessible beach from Dubai and Sharjah area. Many people explore this place and came here for morning walk, exercises and most night people spend here for a good conversations, having tea and enjoys the night weather along with a beach and city view of Dubai.

Nice beach without waves.. Good for swimming..u can also see fishes and starfish..
Restaurants,masjids, washroom and shower areas..
Beach guards..

Lifeguard available during daytime till sunset
Cafe for snacks
Ideal for kids to swim as no waves most of the time
Plenty of benches to sit

Popped down yesterday to use my £50 voucher and treated ourselves and guests to roasts. Started with Honey & Ginger Pork Belly Bites, a glorious combination of flavour, along with a the biggest and tastiest halloumi fries any of us have tried!
3 Chicken and 1 Beef roast later, safe to say we were suitably stuffed! Really surprised with the amount of beef provided and all food was cooked to perfection..

Very good sized car park, plenty of space. Decent atmospherics inside, very spacious with wifi and lots of TVs on the walls.

Clean tidy, friendly and efficient staff, decent beer garden which is enclosed. The pub is dog friendly which is great, nice little snug area, a mixture of wooden seating and comfy chairs.

Good menu with some pub favourites on show, we had the Thatched burger with fries and onion rings which was very good quality.

Based on this visit I would recommend, £64 for 3 of us to eat including drinks which I think is decent value.

Such a great local pub. The bar staff are so friendly and welcoming. The landlord so kind and helpful. My kids, husband and myself can’t recommend enough. Just what we need more of. A decent local pub!

Beautiful long standing pub in Farnborough. Very old with low ceilings that you have to remember to duck. The food menu is unfortunately a bit uninspiring but the two of us chose some starters and a burger to share. The pork belly on a bed of asian slaw was probably our favourite. The paprika halloumi sounded good but tasted like there was way too much paprika. The tempura prawns were ok. The burger a bit meh. It was all just not that good tbh. Will definitely return for drinks as I think they have started doing a quiz again on Tuesday nights. I just can't recommend dining there, sorry.

Cracking evening at The Thatched Cottage - the staff were welcoming, food (I had the steak) was delicious and plentiful and the beer was cold - what more could the discerning customer want?? I sense the management has recently changed, and there is a friendly buzz to the place, and by the look of the notices they have done great music and events coming up - shame i’m just visiting the area for the week - would be a great local!!

Lovely pub with a very friendly atmosphere. Has been under new management for several month (Sam and gary) and very recently a new chef... they have brought a friendly welcoming atmosphere to the place will definitely be visiting again ????

What a great place , Sam and Gary are great hosts with a great drinks selection. Just had food from the new chef which was lovely. Definitely pop in when you get a chance.
