Sea freight boxes came fine however one box went missing and one item came without any marks on it and packaging. Company gave some silly excuse about why the box went missing and stop replying emails.
Taking into consideration that their prices for relocation are much higher than other companies, the service quality is low and unprofessional. The worst thing nobody considers themselves accountable for anything.
