What a lovely place. The exhibition was brilliant and gives the History of Strawberry fields and then John Lennon. Really interesting video clips as you go round. The virtual tron was good fun. I had the exhibition to myself but encourage people to go.

The garden was beautiful. I was lucky the weather was so nice. The audio guide has a list of songs but i stuck with the few Beatles tracks and Johns Imagine was so poignant. Really beautiful and peaceful environment and the sense that this helped mould one of the greatest is not lost.

This was our 1st stop via taxis from Lime Street Station. The moment we saw those iconic red gates (now replicas) we all burst with excitement. It was a great starting point on our Beatles journey. The gift shop and cafe just a stones throw away was a nice place to visit also. Unfortunately, we didn't factor in time to take a look around the rest of the attraction, but definitely will the next time. If you want to walk in John's footsteps, do what we did, and walk to his childhood home around the corner, incidentally passing the the point where his mum took that fateful road crossing. You can also walk to St. Peters church where Paul met John at the church fete, plus, if you cross the road from John's house and walk approx 20mins along a wooded area, you can get to Paul's house...google map it. Starting at Strawberry Field, you really get a feel for the area where John and Paul grew up...walking in their footsteps, I guess?

The strawberry field museum exhibit closed around 6 but the gates are accessible from the street. It was satisfying seeing this landmark.

Lovely gardens to sit in and relax and reflect on your life. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I was allowed to play my guitar in the garden which was a great experience plying Beatles songs in this famous place. Fantastic cafe with great selection of food.

Having spent time sipping coffee in the shady green dell of the Strawberry Fields Gardens, I feel an incredible sense of peace.
4/4 so far ????
Will edit and expand into the last star after I’ve experienced the food and/or exhibition.

The cafe, shop and garden are free to enter. The outdoor paths are really easy to wheel/push on - if only everywhere was like it! - and there’s level access into the building and wide corridors. Everything inside is wheelchair accessible and there are accessible toilets and parking places.

Coffee was lovely and oat milk is available. Honeybee gluten-free cake bars are sold here.
There is a menu of proper food available for lunchtimes (menu is on their website) that’s reasonable priced. They were serving drinks only when we visited late in the day.

I've lived in Liverpool all of my life, yet never have I wandered into Strawberey Fields. I'll be honest I thought there was a charge to enter the place, I was wrong. FREE ENTRY TO THE SHOP AND CAFE.

Free parking, what a bonus. We ventured through the gift shop area where several reasonably priced souvenirs are available to buy. Wow, how friendly were the staff on entry and for the duration of our visit.

We went into the cafe area where breakfast is served until 11.30am. It was just before 11.30 am, so we asked of it was now lunch only. Well what can I say, the ladies at the front spoke to Anthony from the kitchen. Anthony came out to speak to us and couldn't do enough for us. "A breakfast", he said, "no problem". I asked for scrambled egg, also not a problem. Nothing was a problem for Anthony today. The breakfast arrived, which was £8.00. Wow, it was perfect and included 2 pieces of toast and a free filter coffee or tea.

The same quality service was received from the ladies serving the coffee, which was piping hot and well priced (£3.00 for a large cappuccino). We had these later on sitting outside.

The cafe area was spotless and you can actually see into the kitchen area. The toilets were also very clean. All in all, if you've not been for a visit, get yourself down there. If you chose to go to exhibition that's an extra cost. However, I'd recommend a visit to the cafe if nothing else.

What a nice change to get such excellent service and a lovely breakfast. Well done to all. ????????????

We very much enjoyed our visit to Strawberry Fields cafe. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was welcoming and the view from the windows of the garden lovely in the sunshine. We were so lucky that an amazing Spanish choir happened to be there and they entertained us throughout our lunch with their extensive repertoire of Spanish songs, show stoppers from musicals and of course Strawberry Fields Forever
