My experience was bad, to put it plainly and bluntly. The staff members were inattentive (except for the staff responsible for valet service). We had multiple issues with the staff working in the breakfast area (which happened twice two days in a row). The AC is set to 21 Celsius at night (which is too hot especially in summer) and when I asked someone to lower it, they told me that it was set in all rooms and can’t be changed. The bathroom lacked most of the sanitary items like bar soup. The staff forgot to bring almost half of the things we asked them. When checking out, I waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up my luggage. The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is 2 minutes away from Dubai mall, but other than that the experience was below what is expected from such franchise. I will not be staying there again.

Dubai is a very beautiful place to visit. The malls are very elegant and the people are extremely friendly. The food is absolutely amazing. If you decide to come here please walk with lots of money to spend. The night life is amazing. I am definitely recommending visiting Dubai

Absolutely loved everything about my stay!

- The staff were very helpful

- The prices were reasonable for such service and location

- The best location you can get in Dubai

- Everything was clean starting from the bathroom to the room itself

"Super nice hotel!
Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time . Great location, great service, friendly staff especially (Niyas). Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

Manzil Downtown a hotel to reckon with. I would like to thank the management for the good hospitality while at hotel most especially this gentleman DAN in concierge, he treated me with utmost respect, welcoming and good in speech. Thumbs ???? unto Manzil. The meals in the restaurant are very spacious. Thank you so much ???? and am looking forward to another experience with you.

Great location, beautiful hotel, amazing view. All the staff were kind and considerate and I would definately recommend people to stay here. Hosam at the front desk was very understanding and helpful- thank you!

The management and managers are very polite and helped me a lot for my requirements and to get the best rest that suits me. We do not forget the rest of the team members also. All respect and appreciation to them for helping me to get my lost items. And the polite young man with his handsome glasses helped me a lot beyond description.
My first time in this hotel and it won't be the last

We stayed for 3 nights in April 2023. Emma: you are such an amazing front desk person! Heshem: thank you for your help with our luggage. 2 really great staff! Other staff were also very friendly and helpful--too bad that I did not get their names. Great staff makes a great hotel experience.
