I m facility Manger of united medical.
We deal with Marafeq few weeks back.
Their workers are fully professional and work on time. Even emergency call they reach on time .
Managment side Mr. Egin and Mr. Shahin fully support for time and quality of work.

The maintenance team is great, friendly and very proactive, they look after the building very well.
I was wishing we had a better management tho, that can bring initiative to what the building need and how it can be improved.

I live in a tower managed by these people .. the building is supposedly brand new, however, they managed to destroy it .. they have no plumber as they are stating to fix my toilet problems .. we are facing a lot of issues in the building but noone even tried to fix it . They don’t even answer our calls to even tell our problem . A guy called Salman is supposed to be in charge .. he is the worst ever .. never answers his phone and never attend or fix any problem.. i am living in this building for less than a year and can’t wait to leave it when the contract finishes!

I live in a building managed by the company. I have signed a contract with them for cleaning but they havent cleaned my home in over a month. They have taken my money and not provided the sercixs they agreed to. Despite this they also do a poor job managing the building. Absolutely terrible service.
