They are scammers! Be very careful
They scammed me and told me that I have to pay tax even though I’m a resident!
They will not last because people will start to realise that they lie and add charges

Salesman Kaushal from the gold souk store is very very rude. When I pointed out that he was rude, he replied saying that he was born like that!!
He gave us the bill and linked it to somebody else’s passport, so was not able to claim the vat as a tourist! Have contacted DED, hopefully they can help!!

We don't advise to trust this company, we took a bracelet cost 23500 $ after they confirmed with official sertifcate from them that 27 kerat of diamonds color is f-g and the clarity vs ,we took it, after 2 days we made IDT international diamonds certificate and we found out that the specifications are completely wrong, color was G-H and clarity vs-si and that 2 levels less in diamonds ,I advise to be very careful with this company coz 99% of customers will never pay extra to get another international certificate for the item that's why no one will discover what's going on, and the confusing part when we went yesterday at 9p.m to the shop with my family an Indian Manger inside said in un professional and rudeness way we can do nothing to you ,go and take a legal action

Bought a yellow gold chain as a gift for my husband. After a while the yellow color started fading, getting some white spots all over, meaning it wasn't a yellow gold chain but white. It turns out they can change the original color of gold by applying some chemicals, a kind of coloring. We came back to complain about that and the salesperson was trying to prove that gold changes the color (imagine that!). If I'm buying a yellow gold chain I want it to remain yellow forever, Karl! That's the idea of buying gold, not fashion accessories! After half of an hour he finally admitted it was their fault they didn't inform us that it's original color is white. They gave us a solution to change it to another chain but their so-called “manager” came and changed his mind. He said something about we would not be able to prove anything to anyone, he was super arrogant and rude (actually like the rest of them). Zero customer service and understanding, in addition to that they would teach me to be patient. I don't know why are you working in sales with such an attitude, guys. We left the store after we lost our time and a good mood. I regret I was their customer for quite some time. My advice, think twice before you enter that place. That one star is not deserved so you know

This place cheated me out of more then $600, and months later find out that they sold my friend a Diamond bracelet claiming it was over 6 ctw, when it was little over 2ctw.
Staff is nice and friendly, but they will leave you high and dry
