We didn’t like it, there is a noise come from the night club the noise is so loud we couldn’t sleep at night, our was far from the night club but there is noise still, and when we order room service dinner and we pay for it they didn’t give us the change even when we check out! We forget about it before we check out but when we gone from the hotel we remember! We don’t like it at all

I Enjoyed Everything about my stay. Especially Mr. Ali in captain's table was very welcoming, kind and has exceptional customer service.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop swimming pool and cafe was a fabulous facility and the bedrooms were huge, but the best feature was the staff who were all helpful. This was

exceptional value for money. Near to beach.

Worst experience ever! The pillow topper is so smelly, the drooled smell sticks everywhere in the bed! Not helpful staff, service is very poor and un honest vallet people! We gave our car in a very good condition, but when we want to go out for drive they told us to go by taxi as our car is not starting and they will fix at 3am only.. my partner went to check our car and it was properly parked but wasn’t starting, we went to talk to the front desk, that our car was properly parked and the valet telling us now that it’s not starting anymore? In which means they went there again to start it without reason?? They should have informed us upfront! They offer us just a one time help which made me angry coz the car was handed to them in a good condition.. so basically they asked us to wait in the lobby and they will start the car, they fixed it and when we asked what was the problem they said they doesn’t know, how could u fix something when u don’t know what is the problem?? After then My partner rush in the nearest mechanics just to find out that there is no problem in the car at all!! I don’t know what the valet guy did but it is so suspicious! Please be careful and be aware

I recently stayed 2 nights here and the experience was great. Staff was really helpful. Dhaman go above and beyond to accommodate us with room service.
Hotel is located at a nice location which is less than 10 min walk to JBR.
Valet service was also really quick

Had a really good experience at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and were immediate to respond to our needs. Everything was clean and food was amazing with loads of fresh choices. Would definitely recommend!

Frankly speaking the hotel was good. The location, housekeeping staff were good. The 3 stars are because if the attitude of their front desk staff towards….probably brown skinned people like me….although there was no direct conflict but I could sense the way there were responding to us (we were a group of 5 Indians) was different. You could sense a dash of unpleasantness coming out while interacting. Other than that we had a comfortable stay without any issues.

Excellent Hotel at the right location...Rooms are clean and tidy and not small. The staffs are excellent greeting you with a smile always .
Would want to specifically call out of Khalid from the housekeeping for his excellent customer service ....also the Paji at the valet service was of great support.

Will definetely come back again

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the service is amazing, the rooms are so clean and comfortable, the food is so delicious!!
I highly recommend it ????????
