I have purchased an expensive trunk and other furniture worth AED 20,000 last year and after couple of month the trunk got broken, called their customer service and they came to fix it, after few days the item got broken again , have been trying to call them and email them for almost a year now and have also visited their branch to complain about the same several times.
they hardly reply to emails and when i insisted by calling or visiting , I only get fake promises of getting back to me and replacing the item within few days or coupe of weeks , but they never do.
I will never buy anything from them again and I do not recommend their products to anyone
