They asked 400 for a months contact and I can pick them next day. 3 days later they said we don't have it we can change ur prescription for 60 extra. WHO USES CONTACTS WITH DIFFERENT PERSCRIPTION. Expensive and waste of time worst people who work there. They need a proper manager.

After few months of getting my glasses there, the lenses started to peel off and scratch. When I went there, telling her that no matter how cheap the lenses are they can’t peel like that in only few months. She laughed, her staff laughed.and she said this is what you get for choosing cheap lenses. She’s unprofessional and rude. Save your money and skip going there

We’ve been using them for the past year now and the service is excellent! The staff really take their time to help you. They’re very patient with kids. Would definitely recommend!

Very poor experience when I went to fix a branch of the frame they have sold me, that has broken. They offered 0 support and a “ we are sorry”. 2000 aed lenses fitting this shape that I cannot use on another frame. I have to buy new frame and make new lenses.

Worst customer care experience. Do not deliver the product on time as promised and on top of that this guy call me after the heated argument that how dare I cut the call in between. I was aghast with such a horrible experience. Will never never recommend this to any one.
