Terrible pharmacy. They got approval from my insurance company to deliver medication but never did. Because they had processed the approval, when I went to another pharmacy to get my medication, they could not process it because 800 pharmacy had already so they couldnt give me the meds. I had to call 800 pharmacy to see if they could deliver the meds or cancel the approval (so I could get them elsewhere) and despite giving them all the info (including my EID) they said they need to check in their system before doing anything. 3 days and still no meds. Would not wish for anyone ill to be in the same situation. Avoid a headache and get your meds somewhere else.

Worst retailer ever. Selling wrong devices, medicines and then not accepting the refund once you find out that it is not working. I have never seen such unprofessional management (especially the supervisor) and policy. I felt ashamed as someone from the industry. This kind of retailers with lack of customer centric approach must go bankruptcy! I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them anything.

They are selling wrong products to the customers who seek for a medication. Then they dont allow us to change it even tho it is their mistake.
And then they call themselves as pharmacist?They should be audited if they have diploma or not!
I have already raise complaint to the respective institution in uae

this company doesn't belong in the UAE, horrible customer service, we understand that sometimes drivers get lost, get stuck etc… but when ordering médecine, if unable
to deliver on time, decline the order and let people find alternate solutions, 11pm, 2 hrs after ordering and still delivery havent showed up… in essence, if u’re in a hurry, dont rely on this excuse of a company, just go get it urself

I ORDERED MEDICINES AT 2 AM. IT'S BEEN TWO HOURS I AM WAITING AND I STILL DIDNT GET MY ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T CARE. SHAME ON YOU for keeping a sick person awake until 4 AM. SHAME ON YOU. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Imagine it takes 3 hours to get medicine delivered although I live in a walking distance from this pharmacy! Terrible service
