Very bad experience from the studio, please appoint a staff some who know the work,
I asked them for a copy with a blazer and one normal even I was ready to pay for both, but the staffs over there said they can provide only one, even I asked that guy is it because he don't know how to do it or he don't want to do it, the answer was he can't do it. They'll simply click a picture and give you a copy of that.
They are behaving like you went there for a free photography.
Please don't visit the place and waste your money and time.

Very nice retail interaction. They accept card also. Computer background staffs also have. Very nice uniform present. High tech printing machine available on the premise. ????????

Mr Sanoop is an incredible photographer....He clicks at your convenience to perfection and is very calm and professional.
He is very patient to get the best picture out of you...

I took services from Miss Raji and find her a quite competent and customer oriented person. Her interpersonal skills are incredible and work experience is phenomenal. I strongly recommend her.

Over a period of 2 years I have spent somewhere between AED 6000 - 8000 at the Marina Bur Dubai branch. For very long I was very happy with the service, end-product and efficiency (I live in Downtown and went specifically to this branch in Bur Dubai). In December 2022 I developed 865 copies. Due to travel abroad I only looked at the photos in early January. Hundreds of the photos were of appalling poor quality and very dark. I grabbed a bunch of them and went to the shop. They know I will have a few thousand new photos to be developed in the coming months. Staff agreed that the photos I showed were bad and a manager agreed to re-develop all. The next day at collection I was told that this was stopped by a more senior manager. They said a re-development was up to the Owner (who was in India) to decide…Later I was told I would be called up. It never happened. This is an appalling way of treating its customers. I have been many times to the shop to drop and collect. What I have left in the shop will cover a lot of the normal business in this shop. I have nothing against the staff or the initial product. It is a very disappointing end. I am a 20-year resident in the UAE and will easily find a more customer friendly establishment
