One of the better communities to live in Dubai Marina & Marina Walk. The complex consists of three Emaar towers - West, North & East, with an immaculate green area stretching between the N&E Towers. Very nice pool area (recently refurbished), separate small kids pool, bbq area, two squash courts, gym, indoors kids soft play area. Good maintenance by EMAAR and well maintained facilities throughout. Very nice neighborhood & polite residents. Pet friendly towers and many residents have dogs (the private lush area on level 3 is a true magnet for dog owners). Free visitor parking - priceless. Competent and friendly security team.

You can park in visitors parking, the security will allow you to park, you want get inside unless they take ur details at the reception, and you need to call the apparent on intercom so they can open to you

Parking is the biggest problem in marina area. This tower have 4 or 5 parking slots just next to it which you may find it empty if u get lucky.
