This was a really good place it was near a beach and a lot of restaurants , it was a really good apartment and the service is great and there is a really nice view , there is a beach nearby . It is a great place to visit when you go there. It is also easy to travel , there is a tramp station nearby and you can travel anywhere in Dubai .

Best tower in marina with close proximity to the JBR beach and Blue Waters Island. Very good for family as tower is not busy and private. Amazing pool and specious gym. Spectacular view to the sea and marina chanel. Very friendly staff and building security. Perfect location as you will not get into traffic. 3 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes to metro DMCC and downstairs tram station 1 minute walk only. Tower is in good condition and a lot of improvements by management company.

Good location. Good view, walking area marina and to Ain Dubai only - parking very tight for big cars

It's a great location, the building is in good condition, especially when you look around. The apartments are nice, security is good, access to the marina too. The gym is basic and always free. I've been in Dubai since 2013, this is one of the better places to stay.

I lived here for 7 years! The location in Marina is very good, straight on the Promenade. The building is well maintained and with friendly and helpful security. The layout of the apartment is not the best and the general quality is pretty low. They have the worst parking place possible: access is very tight so very difficult to enter with big car!

Nice location and good access with car, tram, water bus. Short and easy walk to the beach, direct entrance to Marina Walk. Good facilities - renovated swimming pool, barbecue area, gym, squash court, sauna and steam room, children play room.
