The service, location, and rooms were top notch.

The manager Ricario was very helpful, Mustafa at reception, Suresh at Security Management, Vinesh at breakfast, and Moinuddin at housekeeping - all made our stay extra special. Security at the lobby always helped us get taxis and gave good recommendations when needed.

The rooms had the perfect balance of light, open space, and furnishings to fit all our things and needs.

It was very convenient to order deliveries to our room in a secure way.

Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

I am giving 4 stars because we need to check-in at one side then there is some walk to enter the hotel Apartments, Secondly i was unable to understand the Bose music system also i think it was old.
Overall the hotel is very beautiful and very silent. Highly Recommended to Travellers from across the world.

This hotel has great view and is a nice place to stay, This is our second time staying in this hotel while visiting Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the front desk manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here when next we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

Excellent stay at this amazing hotel leading by wise management and support by extremely friendly staff great facilities and walking distance from Dubai airport with multiple swimming pool and many facilities and restaurants choices thanks for front desk staff for the warm welcome and special service Location in central district of Dubai, Dubai airport , downtown, close to major attractions grand market, shopping malls, jumaira beach, historical museum of Dubai, nearby hospital , more adventures to experience

I had rented a two bed room apartment in the Tower B. The apartment is spacious but it is very old. For example, the floors are made of old small ceramic tiles. The bathroom was okay but you can see the aging.

the apartment was very clean and homey.

a beautiful place to spend for the eid holidays.

Breakfast til 11am or 11:30 i think.

Front desk was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Spoke to Romario Dsouza, and he gave us the worst experience with absolutely 0 customer service, spoke about us in their language, thinking we would not understand (we did). Would not come back, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The apartment is huge.
It is good for a family.
It has a washing machine but very few utensils.

The roof is nice. It has a beautiful view and a pool.

The location is very busy though, but there is good security.
