Delicious food. Excellent service particularly by Krishna who was incidentally the only one at that time. He took care of customers, cash counter, servicing 3 customer groups at the same time, still he was very polite, quick and receptive. Restaurant needs better management at the higher level. Will definitely visit again.

The food was good in the early days. Nowadays it's just average.
The card was charged higher than the actual bill, which happened twice with me.

Restaurant is not well managed.
I made my first take-away order for lunch and they made me wait for 35 minutes.
I ordered a takeaway tea and they covered it with foil paper without any lid and it started spilling.
After few days when i went there they said kitchen is under maintanance.

The staffs are polite, but not well trained for their work.
I hope the management will rectify these issues

No matter what time you go even for a cup of tea you have wait for 30 -45 mins min. Got my food after 45 mins and the rotis were already cold, had cold rotis since I didn't want to wait for another 20 mins for hot roti.. The way they are managing it this restaurant won't last for long. Two thumbs down..

The food is good, only the service is not well organised, and it is time consuming. I guess it is because of poor management, it takes atleast 50 minits to process and serve the order to customer.
Customer service is also very poor as i have to inform them to get cutlery

Also I have seen too many people on billing counter, simply wasting time, as i believe it is not required and during the peak time you have to mange your resources. Again because of poor management.

Food is good but the services and the management is hopeless.
Minimum waiting time even if you get a tea is 25 to 30 minutes.
Could find only two or three peoples in the serving areas but 6-8 peoples in kitchen.

I would strongly recommend NOT to go to this place. I had two instances when these people were unprofessional. firstly, they kept me waiting for breakfast for good 15 mins and after that came back stating stove is not working. another time I went hoping they would have improved but this time they kept me waiting for 30 mins for a cup of tea and still couldn't serve it. Decide for yourself.

Not bad, i mean offering good food with adequate price in adequate environment. Good, etiquette staffs. Must say . Exec veg thali is definite try ????
