Customer service is so poor, never answering a call but directing the client to a robot services. Thats very dissapointing, if you have any questions, there is no one to answer. I have a credit card with Mashreq, but knowing that nobody is ready to answer if you have any queries it makes me think that I would not be ready to open an account with them ever.

Very bad service! i raise a request 7 days ago and been calling for follow up and the only response is still on going. Such a pathetic service provided by Mashreq. I asked them i want to speak to the manager 5 days ago and still no one bothered to reach out. Whats going on Mashreq?

Waiting time is more than 45 minutes. Local money transfers take too long, unprofessional customer service. I'll be changing banks soon, I don't recommend dealing with this bank.

Hanging on the waiting line for over 1 hour. This is completely unacceptable. Fix this problem Mashreq! After hearing "your call is important to us" 100 times, clearly, it's not!

Trying to contact the Call Center forever, but the electronic lady keeps takin me in a loop forever.... Can't talk to a human being or even when I put in my requested mobile number it says it's an error.... Such a LAME Banking Business..... Time to swap, I reckon....
