Was sent by 111 to collect pain relief medication to find that they were closed. Was told the opening hours showing on line are completely wrong and have been since covid. To collect my medication the next day from where I live I then had to phone to get transferred back to NHS to then get a code to collect from my local pharmacy. Avoid this place at out of hours as you won't get your med if sent here to collect
The next nearest pharmacy to collect medication on this day was bury st emonds at 7:45 at night.

Always seems to be an incredible number of staff here all of whom refuse to acknowledge waiting customers leaving just one member of staff to slooooowly work through the queue. Never clear what they're all doing; it appears, mostly, chatting. This means the dispensary service is painfully slow, as is trying to buy some of their unimaginably overpriced stock. Only plus side is they're open late.

This chemist is awful they have messed me around since I been hear with medication that's very important always takes them 4 days before they can give it to me I have a serious health condition they always make mistakes and excuses

Not the place to go unless you have 30 mins to spare, as waiting around is common. Also, if going early, you may well be told the pharmacist is ‘running late’ and can’t access the prescription anyway. Often don’t have prescription items in stock, so worth checking before handing a script over!

Every time I use this pharmacy it's disorganised and the staff are in a muddle. It never seems to change. I think a better system must be needed!

This last time that I went to collect my repeat prescription was the final straw for me and I have decided to move elsewhere. This one particularly staff-member that served was surly and abrupt and not at all professional and the pharmacy were their usual disorganised selves. My prescription had to be hunted for, as usual, and it took a long time, even though there was no one else waiting and I had ordered it several days before hand. I think it hadn't been finished properly because there was a lot of scrapping around and then when I did finally get my bag, it wasn't stuck down at the top and some of the medication boxes inside hadn't been closed properly inside. I checked it thoroughly when I got home and I found that one of the boxes had been pushed through with a finger, presumably where it had been grabbed in haste!

I could perhaps understand it if this was just a one-off experience, but it isn't. For this pharmacy this is the norm and despite having numerous staff members present chatting, they just can't seem to get themselves organised. My sister has also just moved pharmacies after becoming equally as annoyed as me and I have heard numerous other compliants.

Fantastic staff. Pharmacists are always extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they never rush you, and always seem to go above and beyond the call of duty.

I can not recommend these guys highly enough! They set the standard, others don't get close.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Never have prescriptions ready and have to wait over half hour everytime we go in there. Even tell me that as I'm on a small dose so if I've run out it can wait till the following week. Needs a change of staff from pharmacist down.

Absolutely shocking service. All talk and no action. If you have 1 hour to spend wasting your time, then this is the pharmacy for you. Best take a packed lunch with you as it takes so long to sort your medication out!
