I'm a recent transfer from Glasgow to Falkirk, due to this, I'm on waiting lists for everything, GP and pain clinc.

To be seen by a doctor I have a choice, wait 5 hours in an Accident and emergency at the hospital ( even with a 111 referral ) or travel all the way back to Glasgow, due to my disability. I'm just not physically capable of doing this.

Over a period of about 7 months, I've had to source over the counter medication, in all of that time I think I've been in Callander pharmacy about 3 times.

Keep this in mind , 7 months, the last time I bought some painkillers from them , my experience was considerably less than satisfactory.

The staff here are considerably rude and very unhelpful "unless" you happen to be purchasing one of their massively overpriced mobility aids, I was told bluntly that I'd be refused service because I've bought from them before and that id have to see a GP? It wasn't even the pharmacist who served me, just the counter staff...

I'm sorry, and your medical qualifications are what again? They didn't even consult the actual pharmacist, i was treated like a common junkie and made to feel like dirt.

I could see the point if I was in there every week or every couple of weeks but all in , including the last time, I've been there about 3 times in the last 7 months.

They're completely useless, rude and condescending.

I changed from boots chemist grangemouth to this pharmacy. Best move I made. Great and friendly staff. Quick service for prescriptions. Can't fault them.

Pharmacy worked to get my medications
Even although the lift door kept getting stuck trust me to do the wrong thing
We've just moved into the area so I would recommend ???? them couldn't help me enough

I presented a presented a prescription at a Lloyd's pharmacy and I was told five days. As I required the medication for my wife who is seriously ill this obviously unsettled me. I called Callander pharmacy and they said, bring it up now and the meds were ready in five minutes of presenting the prescription, with a smile into the bargain as one of the assistants knows how ill my wife is and I was told, "leave it to me". 10 out 10 for a 5 star service...!

Always so helpful & friendly no matter how rushed off their feet they are. My Doctor prescribed a medicine & I tried 2 different chemists prior trying Callendar Pharmacy & got told they didn't stock it & that was it. Went to Callendar Pharmacy & also was advised they didn't stock but they could order it in for me!! Was so relieved & happy. Thank you Callendar Pharmacy for going that extra step & ordering it for me.
Also went in yesterday to ask advice if I needed to carry on using this medicine as was 95% better and the Pharmacist, even though was rushed off his feet still gave me the advice which re-assured me & still did it with a smile even though he was so busy. Great service & always get friendly helpful staff. Definitely will be my go to Chemist from now on. Thank you.

I go there every day and treated well, must admit the cleaner isn't worth paying, that came from some staff, he's only a floor cleaner which I've never heard of, during covid I found brown stuff under the counter which had been there for months, when I asked the cleaner he said its not his job, I have took this up with owner but I was to collect my stuff and let me deal with cleaner, he is still there, I have several photos which I won't post as the place wld get closed till cleaning was done properly. Member of staff asked the cleaner to empty a bin and was told that's not his job, hygiene is not a priority ???? especially the room I get my medication in , totally disgusting for a pharmacy during covid, nice staff and I've offered my services free to clean this room but never taken up on this.
