The only reason I gave this store a 2 star because one of the staff was kindly trying to help me with the refund while helping another customer as well. Whereas the manager/ in-charged was just rude and unwelcoming! Have clarified with hollister customer service that return can be made on contactless! Will never return to that store again! Shocking the way the manager spoke to me! Avoid at all cost! There are other hollister store with good customer service but this place.. nah!

Sadly now this company is pushing the trans agenda i clearly clicked male on the join up and iv been buying the clothing for years but iv had 1 to many pushy emails with the old they them analogies and clearly a trans person wearing clothing on my email and that doesn’t interest me in the slightest hollister is bud light to me now its a shame the energy the brand had has been highjacked as always by the corporate global agenda. Sad times i might just wear a plastic bag… wait that’s environmentally damaging right

Waiting 20 minutes at the till for getting somebody help me to collect my online order while plenty of staffs are just being occupied with walking around and chatting with each others. You cannot call them rude but considering the complexity of customer’s request and their “yes we’re ignoring you” work attitude maybe they just don’t like anybody who didn’t spent money in their store (despite you purchased with their brand online). So why not just cancel the service called “in-store collection” as there is no “service” at all.

Brilliant experience clothes are high quality lots of options for both men and women got a lovely Christmas gift for someone which they loved. Plenty to choose from great service prices are moderate but it is a designer brand so they are on the higher side but are fully worth the price

Hadto wait ages to try clothing on, the clothing and prices aren't bad, but the staff are awful, I'm 28 and most of the staff are around my age or younger, I have to be honest they need some older staff in there.
