Waiting time is very long and unjustified
Prices are very exaggerated for no apparent reason

Gift wrapping is a very delicate task that requires precision and high attention to detail. This shop provide the best gift wrapping service i have seen in Dubai. They have a wide variety of accessories, Ribbons etc. However not so much big on the wrapping paper collection, although their is the fanciest you can find anywhere. The price is at the top end but you get what you pay for if you want to wow factor. The staff are understanding and helpful so i definitely recommend this place.

Extremely expensive. 75 dirhams for a plain brown box probably cost 5 dirhams wholesale. Better service given to locals, the girl in front of me had a way nicer result and so much more time taken to perfect her gift. 45 minutes v 10 for me. Most of ribbon that was on my gift wrap had creases on it too so it wasn’t a flawless finish n looked re-used. I’d suggest a price decrease and to treat customers the same. You’d be surprised - expats can be repeat business and have an eye for perfection too ;)

I have to agree with the other comment mentioned by another customer that there is definitely some discrimination on treating your customers based on the look and culture dress

Very bad experience specificallyin Barsha branch,

i like a specific frame to use for couple of gifts that i want to bring .. i asked very simple question about the dimensions sp that i can bring chocolate box to fit it in but the employee there was very reluctant and refused to help me justifying that it's company policy that we don't give dimensions plus we don't have a ruler to measure !!! Which i doubt
She want me to being the chocolate box first and then she will see .. i told her that i like this specific wrapping frame .. what is i buy the chocolate voxes and it doesn't fit ?!!!
Very simple request and she insisted not to help or even check any workaround so that i bring the right chocolate box size

I perceived it very rude honestly and will definitely not buy from here. Not the end of the world and I'm sure I'll find better place to support and treat customers better than that
