Beginning to be a joke of a company, waited 45 minutes for a bus today, elderly lady been there for an hour, very cold. the No 7 bus seems to turn up few and far between. Most of the drivers seem to have an attitude problem and don't want to do the job. Prices already at £4.00 for a return on this route and increasing soon, it will be cheaper and more reliable using taxis.

Absolute joke of a company. Buses don't turn up or go the wrong route. Heard a driver telling another driver that was taking over the breaks were dodgy. Regular break downs and passengers left stranded. Timetable unbelievabe No. 11 bus to Cwmbran then the 21 13mins later!!?? They won't let Anslow do some of the village routes because they are afraid they would do a better service. Stagecoach need to be stopped having the monopoly as they cannot provide a decent service

This is NOT the bus station. Some services do stop outside, but the depot itself is not a public facility. The bus station is on Glyndwr Road, by the shopping centre.

Bloody rubbish been at bakery houses garndiffaith since 11.14 today 13/4/2023 no bus sort your selves out I wish anslows done this route

Very disappointed with stagecoach as I'm disabled severe pain had taken my bus pass from me from which I need it to get about because I am waiting for a new one Very annoying

very hit or miss- buses will often drive past you, or not even bother showing up and the timetables on the bus stop haven’t been updated for months. Also a big issue with contactless payments recently which have not been working. The past 3 times it hasn’t worked and I’ve had to go to the bank to withdraw money to pay instead. Very inconvenient and not even my problem!!

Stagecoach buses in Cwmbran treat the arranged timetable has a mere suggestion, and that you're a complete fool for thinking they will arrive within 40 minutes of the prearranged time. The thought of picking someone up on time must make drivers nauseous.

I've had bowel movements with more consistentcy, reliability and quality than stagecoach buses.

What has happened to the Number 7 Hollybush service. Not one day has gone by lately when at least 1 hasn’t turned up. We must be the poor relation as fairwater and green meadow get 3 buses compared to 2 number 7.
Timetable bares no resemblance to when they adventually turn up.
No one answers phones when we ring up. It is management who need to get out of their ivory castles and actually sort out rota and use the resources of more frequent routes to let number 7 have at least one bus an hour. People rely on bus for work appointments etc
