One of the first two buildings of the Mazaya complex situated in Liwan community. Apartment sizes are bigger than most of the other newer buildings. However there is a total lack of how things are done here. People are constantly moving out of this building due to it being old leading to movers in and out of this area. Expect lots of commotion during a holiday or even at later time of the day as residents don't really adhere to any rules etc. One is better of renting in any other building in this area if they don't have any choice but too.

Nothing special here.. quality of construction is very bad. Only good thing about this area as a whole if for easy accessibility to E311, E611, dubai Alain road. No groceries, no rta, no shopping malls.. stand alone for the last 5years...

Mazaya buildings in Queue Point are among the best there is in Dubai. Family oriented community with wide and clean internal roads, only 8 minutes from Dubai mall and more than excellent value for your money whether you are a tenant or an owner.
It stands out from most of other areas of Dubai in that there's no traffic jams (yet) during morning or evening rush hours ...

It's a residential apartment complex where rents are reasonable, but there are no amenities such as swimming pools, gyms or any shopping centres within the surrounding Queue Point area.

I like the location, near the exit to Shiekh Mohammad ben Zayed road and exit to Dubai Al ain road. Unfortunately the maintenance rules are very very bad, A/C also faces too much problems which means you need to fix it constantly during the year. No services at all, no mosques, no supermarket, but safe and comfortable area.

Absaloutly the worst place i have ever stayed in the three years i stayed there notheing changed the only significant change was the transition from dirt roads to actuall tarmac and it is har to invite people over because houses were not clearly marked.those buildings were very old with the paint chuiping of every where because of the moisture and the pillars at the bottom of the building's plaster was peeling off that coupled with the fact that there are no parks or small resturants or even a small supermarket forbsuch a large communty is sad

Like the Al Mazaya Community, it has good future but unfortunately progress is bit slow, I do trust with little attention from Dubai Land Authority , this little community will flourish.

it looks like old and the finishing is really bad. Flat size is big but kitchen size is really small and not meant to be for family usage
