The staff who assisted us is very accommodating... You only need to add choices from kiddie meal freebies for more options to take from...overall the experience we got is awesome...

As usual no comments to mention the taste is awesome. Try out Garlic Mayonnaise sauce along with chicken nuggets. They serve it hot they told need to wait for 3 minutes and they kept their timing.

Enough of parking is available outside.

The place is clean but its a small outlet along with Eppco pump in al quasis road.

Need more space for dine in. Very co conjested. Due to more customers, they are not able to provide full service. Also, there is limited parking space.

Recently visited and had an issue with a partially fulfilled order. Vipin, the duty manager, was very cordial and helpful. He even reached out to another branch to get the product from the order because their store was out of stock. I highly recommend this store and thank Vipin for his excellent customer support skills.

We all tried McDonalds before, but i am writing this review to thank Bernard he is an employee their, not gonna lie he has the best communication skills with customers so professional and honest.
I didn’t have the chance to thank him because he was busy but if he saw this comment by any chance, thank you Bernard.

Unfortunate luck after the staff has changed this is the food quality we get the bun was so hard and crushed also the burger tasted like unfrozen meat vey bad quality not McDonald’s standard that were used to !!!

Oliver is a perfect host. We had Oliver as our driver guide twice in the last year,
The first time we went to Windsor Castle en route to Southampton ftom z Heathrow airport.
This time we stopped at Salisbury Cathedral en route ftom Southampton to Heathrow airport.
Both times Oliver took different routes to show us as much as possible. We went through the New forest and saw wild ponies.
Oliver toured inside Salisbury with us to ensure we didn't miss anything.
You can't ask for a safer driver or a better guide.
We will be back

Advice: only book with TandT if you want a driver who is professional, courteous, communicates timely and is willing to go the extra mile! We booked with Oliver for two separate trips and were so pleased with both experiences.

Oliver is dependable, flexible, and paid attention to details that provide comfort for his passengers. (I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and she mentioned she was too short to see out of the cars. The next trip he had a cushion for her to sit on to improve her journey!) It was our first experience in the UK and because of his character, knowledge of the areas, and skilled driving, our time with him quickly became highlights of our entire trip.

We highly recommend using T&TSouthampton for any of your transportation needs!

Superior Service

When my husband and I considered hiring a private tour guide, the first thing that came to mind was how to ensure that the desired luxury experience would occur, even though we were booking with little to no knowledge of the particular companies at all. Knowing that this is a fear many experience, let me put your mind at ease concerning T & T Southampton Luxury Tours and its owner, Mr. Oliver Lane. I guarantee you; a better experience could not have been had!

From far across the pond, our experience began with identifying the numerous sights we wanted to visit and giving Mr. Lane the significant task of devising the best itinerary. During the planning process, Mr. Lane patiently acknowledged my numerous questions and inquiries, ultimately devising an itinerary that would offer a memorable experience in a limited amount of time.

Throughout the entire day, Mr. Lane inserted himself into the tour experience. He provided personal insights and anecdotes into every excursion destination, keeping my husband and me well informed and entertained throughout the whirlwind day. Rather than speeding from one sight to another, he purposefully built-in opportunities for scenic exploration that would enhance our experience. It was as if he could read our minds knowing the precise moments when to integrate rejuvenation activities to combat any excursion exhaustion spontaneously.

In conclusion, it is our opinion that one should never question whether a private luxury tour with T & T Southampton Luxury Tours is a worthy experience. We were so pleased with our experience that we have already begun planning another experience with Mr. Lane. Without hesitation, we recommend T&T Southampton Luxury Tours to all!
