Good food but burgers ???? is less than Al baik as their burgers rich loaded with food stuff anyways good place for dine in and having play game for kids but too small in area

The supervisor on duty unfortunately I had clash because of her lack of support, customer attendance and unprofessional behavior plus she is very negative from her look and communication with her stuffs and me.
Her name by Carren In Arabian Center Branch at 14:35, invoice number 40063001220605000073.
I do wish Mc management do something according her negative behavior approach and give her a course how to be more attentive and approachable towards her colleagues and Customers as well.

The staff keep skipping the signboard that it is supposed to let you know what is your meal status, so you end up waiting like a fool wandering and asking g every other minute about your mail

Management should definitely take action for this

Got an ice cream cone from McDonald’s Arabian center branch, the ice cream had gone bad, it was the milk or cream that was expired or old. It was thick, grainy and yellowish. When I asked them to replace it and check the ice cream instead of addressing the matter they instantly refunded the money and replied by saying “this is what they have”. The comments were given by the manager of the branch Desiree. She was extremely rude and instead of making sure that the customer was satisfied she just wanted me to leave without listening to anything. Bad service and extremely rude. Make sure to check everything twice before you take your order otherwise they cheat and make a fool out of their customers.

The delivery guy deliver the food to someone else, he just saw a villa number 4 and he delivers the food, didn't bother to see the full address, not the first time, now have to call Delivaroo as usual!!

The manager stela she is not agree to give knife for my order and it's simple I want the sandwich without bread and she say can't and no take risky I want to know risky of what . This bad service bad communication not recommended any more the employee no have any experience sorry .
