It's a very functional McDonald's but one of the most efficient I have experienced in a long time. The staff are on top of it and greet you the moment you enter and willing to guide and help you order with ease. It's been a while since I've genuinely enjoyed sitting and eating a meal at a McDonald's. Its a joy to see such professional and well trained staff.

Very bad service had to change my drink 3 times , and I keep telling them the machine is not working
No response from the whole team
Ordered a sauce had to remind 4-5 times till I got the sauce after my food was finished
They did maintenance work on the door front of my table and lunch time , and the heat kept rotating
Over all bad experience , work hard to improve it

Very friendly staff and good food and clean place. The closest branch to Dubai Industrial City.
(Better than the mcdo right before it in abu dhabi Adnoc (the burger meat was served raw there ))

Service is average specially during lunch, easy to access but you need to wait in long queues sometimes.
Taste is good and staff understanding is with customers is also fine.

Very slow drive thru service!!
I’ve been to this branch for more than 40 times so far. Buying the items from the drive thru takes almost three times to get them from the restaurant counter. So the drive thru is useless and a waste of time, and most of the times they are requesting me to park the car after the pickup counter so they can manage other cars until my order gets ready

I think this branch wins as the worst slowest most rudest branch i have ever visited in the world, they are working against you not to serve you! If you ask for anything they will say no ????! You feel like you are in prison and they are giving you the money ???? just being polite and listening to me carefully and make my order properly is not too much ????
