Its a pretty normal mcdonald's experience, but not having brown sugar or chilled water is a surprise, it's a mcdonald's, I expect these kinda basic standard things at all branches. Also the self order thingo didn't work for me so they let me order at the counter... What a privilege these days

Nice place to sit and eat your brunch! Or casual meetings with Friends.
Staff is nice and polite.Ambienience is fine.

I ordered from drive thru. 2 rice and 2 nuggets meal..
upon delivery i asked the counter twice you got me everything in the bag or not. hes like yes all there.
when opened later spoons were missing for rice meals and one drink was missing.
Please fix it.. didnt see the guys batch for his name

Good quality fast food. Initially I went for drive thru but I decided to dine in at the restaurant. The environment of the restaurant is nice and cozy. The staffs are relatively friendly. The service is accurate and efficient.

Polite and friendly staff ready to serve your fast food in ‘no time’. Front counter cashiers usually helpful and make an effort to listen and advice even in that short period of time of your order.
Drive through is mostly convenient except in rush hour timings. Dine in experience is superb with clean and tidy tables. Tailor made McDonald app to order ahead or use points. One can do that and more using complimentary Wi-Fi.
Breakfast, Burgers and salads tastes fresh.
Only drawback I feel is some new additions to menu goes away quickly without any customer feedback on that product like crispy fish burger or black waffle ice cream.

McDonald Always my first priority when i love to ear burger ????. Every-time when i visit the McDonald there are some Amazing Deal or offers which realize you that this Deal only Waiting for me. And thanks McDonald your App is really very Amazing with such Pure and amazing Deals 2 times i Got free ice cream ???? cup from McDonald only i am using your app. I order through app and every-time i got points i can exchange that with food discount or even sometimes free something for me❤️❤️

Staffs working in McDonald's now a days doesn't even know how to make their beverages. They make all the orders mess. Kind request that pls train your trainees well or at least let them learn first then put them in the job. McDonald's is losing its fame and quality.

Every time they have problems with terminals. Today when I paid for the order, the terminal turned off. My money was debited, but I did not receive a check for the order. The workers just stood and stared at the screen hoping that it would work. Of course, no one returned the money to me. Nice job.
