I wish i could give zero stars.
20 years in the UAE and i just had the worst experience of my life with this joke of an airline. I dont know where they hired the responsible of their staff at the check in counter (syma or something like that) but I’m sure she’s never been through and kind of training or experience, let alone any knowledge of politeness and respect. I will share my story soon, very publicly, so anyone can avoid this airline. Take FLYDUBAI, air Arabia or even do a stoppover anywhere, you’ll have a better experience . Trust me

The worse service ever. I lost my booking for 2 reasons 1- weakness of the online system; i couldn't complete my booking because i don't have an acvount in US dollars, What a shame! 2- carelessness and ignorance of employees who didn't bother themselves to imform their timing hours, i was expected to visit the office on Saturday in order to complete the payment otherwuse i lose the booking. I went at 1:00p.m. to discover they closed at 12:30 and they will not open till Mon. Moreover, i tried the whole day to call them but no body picked the phone. Maximum of disrespect and carelessness. This is a shame and it should be closed because this is not Dubai Standards. May be 7ay l sellom standards but not Dubai.

There is a paid parking first 2 hours for 10dhs. The most convenient way to find a parking.

Worst airline and worst office in dubai. People are rude, and they don't answer phones. First and last travel on MEA.
You are on UAE , you need to have better standards serving your clients. Otherwise, go back to beirut. Shame on you

The worst customer service they never answer ! More than 10 times tried to call them each time they put me on hold for more than 40 minutes !

My biggest mistake i booked with MEA ! My first and LAST TIME !!!!

i called the office to request a wheelchair for mum who is coming to Dubai. The first representative who answered my call seemed as if in a hurry and did not even give me the chance to ask before announcing that he sent the request and hang up the phone quickly. I called again furious and was answered by Mr. Faisal Hamadeh who was very friendly and professional. He apologised for what happened with the first representative and took care of the whole request even for her return flight. Just wish all representatives could be like him.
